Sandra

comes from Peru to La Plata on October 28, 2006, to study nursing and medicine. On Friday, February 16, 2007 at 14 Hs accompanied by Walter de la Cruz Silva, come to the former Archives of the Ministry of Economy (now ARBA) for an alleged interview. Sandra does not return to the boarding-house, and her boyfriend go to the police station to report 1, his disappearance but not take the complaint. Six days later his body is found in a building under repair in ARBA (National Revenue Agency in Buenos Aires)
